If one wants to see Scarlet Tanagers, go to Grantsville, Maryland and drive the length of River Road.  It is located below the Penn Alps and parallels the Casselman river. Ben and I drove it early this morning amid a cold, 41 degrees, and rainy day.  We saw over six visible from the car.
