Today's foray with Debbie Terry was supposed to be an early atlasing trip to the Sparrows Point NE block but it turned into a bonanza of migrant warblers and thrushes. The sight of a Lincoln's Sparrow and a Gray-cheeked Thrush feeding on the ground together was particularly notable. Seen or heard were:

Veery 2
Gray-cheeked Thrush 2
Swainson's Thrush 4
Tennessee Warbler 1 heard
Parula 1 heard
Yellow Warbler 1
Chestnut-sided Warbler 2, male & female
Magnolia Warbler 9
Cape May Warbler 1 male
Black-throated Blue Warbler 2, male & female
Myrtle Warbler 1 female
Black-throated Green Warbler 3
Blackburnian Warbler 3, male & female
Blackpoll Warbler 7
Redstart 12
Ovenbird 2 heard
Yellowthroat 4
Hooded Warbler 1 male
Wilson's Warbler 1 male
Canada Warbler 1 female
Yellow-breasted Chat 2
Lincoln's Sparrow 1

Later, while atlasing in the Liberty Watershed off Poole Road in Carroll County there were 1 Pine Warbler, 2 Louisiana Waterthrushes, 2 Kentucky Warblers, 1 Hooded Warbler, and a Gray-cheeked Thrush.
