Hi all,
12-1pm 6/1/06
The Yellow-crowned Night Heron family appears to be doing well. Since early May when I last looked one was doing nest duty. Now there are two well feathered young
in the nest, with an attentive parent. The other was fishing in the stream, 40yds away.
This small area is also filled with birds:
1Yellow billed Cuckoo
2 American Redstarts
1 Wood Thrush
Mourning Doves
Grackles
Robins and young robins
House Sparrows
American Goldfinches
Blue gray Gnatcatchers
Cardinals
