Michelle,

Kudos for doing exactly the right thing and getting the word out about the 
presence of the Black-bellied Whistling-Duck at Rio.   As a result, the bird has 
been photographed and fully documented for the Records Committee's files.   
And a lot of interested birders got to see it, too.
