Greetings,

Been a while... This evening I had an adult Peregrin flyover my car whilst
traversing the Route 40 bridge over the Susquehanna River. The bird was to
the east of Garrett Island putting it firmly in Cecil County, for those
keeping score -i.e. Bob Ringler :).

Is this an early migrant? Could it be the Conowingo Bird? Does anyone know
if that bird breeds there? I have never heard of a PEFA breeding in the
upper bay. They are in safe dates 'till 8/15!

Good Birding and Atlassing! (is that even a word?)
