Not specifically Maryland-related, so feel free to respond off-list. We all 
know ostriches can run super-fast, but the question came up, what's the 
fastest runner among *flighted* birds? Anyone know, or able to make a good 
guess? (Roadrunners, maybe?) Thanks in advance.
