That is pretty damn dull.  Most of the other specialty plates have some 
kind of logo - they cost $25 instead of $15.  I wouldn't pay an extra 
$15 for the dull one, but I would pay $25 if it had a Baltimore Oriole, 
or a Yellow Warbler, etc.  How about a Yellowthroat?  Isn't that what 
we're all about?
