In the days when i was living in Laurel (MD), i
occassionally found Fran eating breakfast alone in the
McD's at the intersection of Rt 197 and Cherry
Lane(?).  I've always regretted that i didn't have my
copy of "Food of Game Ducks in the United States and
Canada" along for him to autograph...
