After reading a post from Danny Poet Bill and I went to Eastern Neck
NWR today. We went to Tubby Cove and the Great White Heron was there
waiting for us. Had a very good look at it, in fact we left before it
did. We also checked out Danny's Black Terns at Chestertown's Sewege
ponds and found two of them and Royal and Caspian Terns . There were
Shovelers and Ruddys also.
On Friday we went to Bombay Hook and heard about a Scissor-tailed
Flycatcher north of the refuge. We found that also.
So far we are 3 for 3. Anything else on this side of the bay we have
not heard of?
