Bill makes a good point about trimming previous messages so
that they can be archived.
However, I think that Leslie's point is important. I think
that when we all post our sightings, we do so because they
feel they will be of benefit to others. More often than
not I will look over the list of birds seen and when there
are birds of interest (as there almost always are) I look
up to find details on the sightings. Furthermore, it does
not actually take additional space for the computer to
store a list, a new line character takes one byte as does
a comma. ;) I second Leslie's motion for vertical lists,
preferably in AOU order (eBird is a great help!).
