This bird was almost uniformly yellow on the throat and breast, Howard.  And it showed the typical hyperactive warbler "jizz".  Trouble is, I saw it briefly without binocs; it was really quite nearby however.  
I'm thinking it was a Nashville, but there's enough doubt in my mind that I'm not adding it to my yard list.
