A Surf Scoter was at Seneca, Montgomery Co, about 8AM, along with wigeons and
teals and Gadwalls. At noon it was gone, but an adult Peregrine was sitting
on a snag in the middle of the rapids at Violette's lock, a Raven crossed the
river from VA, and a first winter Lesser Black-backed Gull flew downriver.
