Greetings,

I spent a few hours, today, checking out the gulls, ducks, and other birds
associated with Cecil County's waterways. The breakdown follows...

Mill Creek/Furnace Bay (Perryville):
5000+ Canada Goose, 30 Ruddy Duck, 30 Ring-necked Duck, 10 Gadwall, 50
American Coot, 50 Pied-billed Grebe, 15 Double-creasted Cormorant, 6 Caspian
Tern, 25 Forster's Tern, 1 Belted Kingfisher.

North East River (from Hances Point):
500 Canada Goose, 50 Mallard, 6 Wood Duck, 1 Double-crested Cormorant,
2000 Laughing Gulls!, 1000 Ring-billed Gulls, 50 Herring Gulls, 20 Great-
blackbacked Gulls, 200 Forster's Terns! 1 BLACK TERN! This bird was seen well
and was still in alternate plumage(!?!)...

where are the bonies?

Good Birding,
