Hi All,

Nancy and I took a brief look at the Worton wastewater treatment plant
this afternoon (off Chinquapin Rd) just beyond the Velsicol Plant (on
MD-297 S. of Worton). There were a handful of shorebirds there including
11 Killdeer, 13 Lesser Yellowlegs, 2 Pectoral Sandipers, and, best of
all, a juvenile LONG-BILLED DOWITCHER. Also present were many swallows,
mostly Tree, but there were also two late Bank Swallows in the mix.

Good birding,
