Sorry for late posting.  An adult Red-tailed Hawk flew 30 feet over my head
at 19th
and C Sts., NW, shortly after 8:00 a.m. on Friday.  It landed on a light
fixture over
the entrance to the Dept. of Interior building.  But, alas, had to continue
trudging
into work.  It got the pigeons and starlings quite excited.
