Yesterday over lunch, I was able to walk down to Constitution Gardens
and

the DC Veteran's Memorial.  

   At Constitution Gardens

A Double-crested Cormorant

Several Eastern Phoebes

A few Blackpoll warblers

Bluejays

(no sparrows, except House!)

(also mallards, geese, etc.)

 

At the DC Veteran's Memorial

More Phoebes

A single Common Yellowthroat

 

Flying over the WW II Memorial, heading to Constitution Gardens

A single Great Egret
