Dear All,

This morning an Eastern Meadowlark flew over me as I walked through Patterson Park. It called once and circled but I couldn't see if it landed because of trees in the way. Also some kinglets. plenty of sparrows, Yellow-rumped Warbler, though I couldn't stop to look at these. This reminded me to let you know that Audubon's monthly bird walk in the park is this Saturday 28 Oct. at 8am. Expect to see lots of sparrows, a few late warblers, thrushes etc. Come and help us find a Lincoln's Sparrow - Keith Costley saw one a couple of weeks ago.

Meet at the fountain between the pagoda and the white house at the west end of the park. From Baltimore's inner harbour go east up Pratt St. until you hit the park, then turn left on S. Patterson Park Avenue and park immediately. The address of the white house is 27 S. Patterson Park Ave.

See you there.

Dave
