As I was being held traffic-hostage this morning I was entertaining myself by looking at birds...oooh so many starlings and pigeons.... anyway, while captive on Constitution, about a block from the Native American musuem I saw a flock of pigeons flying fast rather low across the road, followed by a hawk close on their tails, who was in turn followed by an annoyance of starlings... everybody goes behind some trees, blocking my vision, then there was one of those up-losions of pigeons from the roof of the museum (I assume) on the other side of the trees. (you know when they all kind of flutter up and back down en masse?)

It was kind of cartoon-like, I almost expected Bugs to come from behind a tree, twirl his carrot at me and say Thaaaaaats all folks!

After that I figured maybe I don't need to start taking a helecoptor in to work after all
