Jim - I think the photos are supportive of Inca Dove. All the images of
Scaled Dove I have been able to find on the internet (e.g. hyperlinks
below), show broad white terminal/subterminal marks on several rows of the
wing coverts:

I will not join the majority vote at the moment. There are two species in
the Genus Scardafella: Inca Dove and Scaled Dove. I can't tell from the
photos
which it is.
