A single HORNED GREBE was with Bufflehead (5) and Ring-necked Duck
(42) on Georgetown Reservoir this morning, November 23.

Hains Point in D.C. was not accessible, probably because of an
extremely high tide.

The "Anacostia Wetlands" section of Anacostia Park, NE D.C., had at
least one WILSON'S SNIPE. The area is extremely wet; anyone going
into it needs high, waterproof footwear. There are still well over
100 LAUGHING GULLS in this part of the Anacostia -- and they still
don't have a Franklin's Gull in their midst. About a dozen KILLDEER
were on the grassy wet area near the skating rink.

Happy Turkey to all.
