David, the photo was not included in your MDOSPREY posting 
(I think the server automatically strips attachments).  One 
solution is to post the photo on a web site somewhere.  Or, 
you can e-mail me a copy directly; a few weeks ago we had an 
Inca Dove on our property here in Laurel, PG County, which 
is possibly the first record of this species for the state. 
It would be very interesting to see if that's the bird that 
was found.  Pictures of that bird are here for comparison:
