not to belabor this, but the "archaic tradition" was year round hunting, 
not limited to specific dates primarily in the autumn.   and we sure 
could expand the resources available for conservation and habitat 
acquisition & restoration if you were not permitted to go afield with 
binoculars or scope unless carrying a duck stamp -- even on private 
land.   w/r  jck
