For those concerned about the drop in revenue for habitat preservation, you, 
too can
buy duck stamps and fund habitat preservation.   They get you in free to 
National
Wildlife Refuges.  One stamp will pay for five trips to Bombay Hook, 
Blackwater,
and even Assateague National Seashore (they accept the duck stamp).
