Hi all --
There are recent (last day or so) reports of Cave Swallows from both Pennsylvania and Delaware, so this cold front could push some birds down through Maryland. Sites where this species was seen in MD a couple of years ago included the bridge at Black Hills (Rt. 121) and the bridge over the Monocacy on Lilypons Rd. An eye should be kept on these or similar sites if you are passing them while out and about.
And what about those great-looking (for Cave Swallows) bridges in DC?
