   The Carroll County Bird Club visited Conowingo Dam this morning for eagle-watching. There were at least 55 Bald Eagles in sight at one time on the rocks and towers.
   In the afternoon we went to Perryville Community Park where the waterfowl were being concentrated somewhat by the ice in Mill Creek. Estimates include birds in the mouth of Furnace Bay and on the Susquehanna Flats:
