Could you clarify the location for us please?   The first left after the 
entrance gate goes to the East Beach, if I remember correctly.   You are not 
talking about the bath house straight in on the south beach I assume.

And you may, indeed, be competing with the Tropical Kingbird if your 
Empidonax turns out to be a Dusky Flycatcher or something equally exotic.
