Hi, All

Today we had the pleasure of a seven woodpecker day between Riley's Lock 
and Hughes Hollow.  In fact, the day got off to a very good start when we 
had a hairy woodpecker at our own feeder in Germantown - only the second 
time in 16 yedars! 

We also saw winter wrens at both Riley's and Hughes Hollow.

At Riley's Lock near the old mill ( I think that's what it is), we saw two black-
capped chickadees. I've never seen them in Montgomery County, but perhaps 
they are sliding east?
