Hi all

Ft. McHenry was windy, cold, and birds played hard to get. The list was
small, but included what appeared to be an adult female Black Scoter on the
south side of the promontory, swimming with buffleheads.

Cherry Hill was similarly cold, windy, and slow, but did yield two drake
Redheads and a flyover Horned Lark. I heard a squawk tantalizingly like a
pheasant, but it occurred only once at a distance. Does anyone know whether
pheasants are still being reported there?
