A note to everyone, Merkle Wildlife Sanctuary has changed their address.
This address will be used from now on on MDOsprey.

Merkle Wildlife Sanctuary would like to report that the immature Baltimore
Oriel is still a regular visitor and can be seen from the bird watching
station in the visitor center. Also, the white crowned sparrows can be seen
throughout the day. We have a Kestrel that is often seen perching on the top
of the windmill, also visible from the visitor center. No sign of the snow
goose though.

In case some of you are new to Merkle or this area, the visitor center is
open on Sundays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We'd love to see you there. And as always,
the grounds are open 7 days a week sunrise to sunset.
