After a visit to the dentist, I stopped at Kent Narrows to see what the
freezing temps were doing to the ducks. Much of the Narrows was frozen but
the few open spots held lots of ducks. I had forgotten my bins, but an open
area behind the Jetty and close to the parking lot had Mallards, Scaup,
Canvasback and Bufflehead.

The Baltimore Oriole continues at the suet feeder. He is somewhat of a
wimp. He will not go to the suet unless no other bird is there and is
easily spooked by another bird showing up.

This article is wayyyy out of area, but an interesting story about Eagles
attacking a paraglider.
