Unlike yesterday, braving the cold today paid off. I went for a walk
around 
Greenbelt Lake this afternoon and saw 6 male Redheads and 2 male Gadwall. 
This is the first time I have seen either of these species at Greenbelt Lake in 
2.5 years of fairly regular observation.
