I just got back from the Cumberland Terminus for the 2nd time today.  I 
didn't go through the geese much this morning but found the 4 Cacklers 
there around 2:15 in the afternoon.  at the edge of the water on the WV 
side.

CACKLING GEESE - 4
Canada Geese - 560
REDHEAD - 2
CANVASBACK - 1
GOLDENEYE - 8 or more
Bufflehead - 13
Hooded Merganser - 8
Mallard - 50
Bald Eagle - 1 Sub-adult ~3 yo or so with Osprey like head pattern and 
mostly white tail.
Am. Kesterl - 2
Herring Gull - 1
RB Gull - 2
