My brother and I birded Sandy Point this morning.
The highlights were several Common Goldeneye, a
Fox Sparrow, and a Brown Thrasher.

Highlights at Sandy Point:
Common Goldeneye (several)
Greater Scaup
Lesser Scaup
scaup sp. (many)
Bufflehead
Canvasback
Black Duck
Mute Swan
Great Black-Backed Gull
Brown Thrasher
Fox Sparrow

On the way home we stopped by Greenbelt Lake
to have another look at the Redheads and the
Goldeneye. They were still there and were joined by
a single male Green-Winged Teal.
