On Sunday (18 Feb 2007), Dave Brenneman and I both saw an adult Golden 
Eagle flyover while standing at Bogles Wharf Landing on the Chester River at 
the Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge in Kent County.
We birded from Hartford - Cecil - Kent - Queen Anne's counties as we circled 
the northern end of the Chesapeake Bay.
