Hello all.
Took advantage of the good weather to check out a couple of good spots
today. The route I followed includes Stoney Creek Park, the Chestnut Hill
Cove community and an adjoining parcel of land managed by the North County
Land Trust. This route gives a good mix of water, upland and upland edge
habitat. All told, I put in about 6 miles of walking/birding.
Species numbers and species diversity were good today.
