No again on WW Scoters. River ice completely broke up overnight. Only a
few mallards and Canadian Geese above Little Falls. Also stopped at
Violette's Lock (ice free too). Only birds of note were 4 Mute Swans.
I have never seen them on this part of the Potomac R.
