I was very surprised to observe 9 Tree Swallows flying over the Potomac 
R. just upstream of the Seneca Breaks  this  morning at about 10:45 AM.  
Last year  I observed some at Hughes Hollow on Mar 5 and thought that 
was early but never thought I would see them as early as Feb in Mont Co.
