hi everyone, 

           I thought of this little song after reading Eleanor Hollands post
from Friday March 2nd  . I really thought she was writing her own version of 
The Twelve Days of Christmas. 

             Mines called The Twelve Days of Spring 

12 Woodpeckers drumming 
11 Sandpipers piping 
10 Robins on the ground pecking 
9 Goldfinch at the feeder feeding 
8 Pairs of Cardinals in the tree chirping 
7 Mute Swans swimming 
6 Canada Geese a honking 
Fivvvvvvve Golden kinglets
4 Calling owls 
3 Crows mobbing a hawk 
2 Mourning Doves 
and a Mockingbird singing on the roof of the garage.
