Michel,

The nearest place I am aware of with *easy* access is Tipton field, just
across the border in AA county. This is just east of Patuxent North
Tract. From the entrance to the refuge, continue east on Route 198 to
the next traffic light (Airfield Road and signed for Tipton Field).
Turn right and when that road ends in a T, turn right again. There are
usually a couple of displaying birds in the field to your left about
half way to the end of the road.

If you prefer a long walk to sitting in a car with the window rolled
down, you can try the old Bowie landfill (north of Rt 450, just west of
301). There is also a nice field in Greenbelt Park. Both provide a
more personal experience; you can contact me for detailed directions.
