From Fort McHenry, Jim Peters reports finding a Red-necked Grebe in the Middle River. The Grebe appears to have in oil, and is covered from the neck down.

In addition, Jim found lots of Bufflehead, American Wegion, Lesser Scaup, and an immature Snow Goose (it has been there for months).
