Due to winter conditions Ft. Mchenry was closed. How ever I met Jim Peters who came to fill his feeders. He allowed he to accompany him. Birds of note were; 
 8 Woodcock seen know more than three feet away
Pied-billed Grebe  was preening on the bank .Jim had not seen this behavior 
One Snow Goose among many  Canadas
