Thanks, Jason and Jay and Paul. I was at Gravelly Point on Sunday morning around 8 am and heard not a meadowlark. I did see two or three Savannah Sparrows in the fenced off area next to the parking lot. I did not see Jay's flycatcher. A planned stop at 5 pm on my way home was scrubbed due to an obvious lack of parking places.
There was nothing of note visible at Hains Point in DC at 7:30 am yesterday, unfortunately. I too wonder what we all missed in DC on Saturday morning.
Cheers,
Rob Hilton

Hello Rob, The bird was out in the short garss around the runways. It was slinking around in the grass by the extreme northwest side of the airport. Jason
