I stood outside for about 15 minutes this evening (7:30 - 7:45) to watch the 
approach of a possible storm.  The lightning show was pretty good for an 
early season storm.
A Killdeer called constantly from the field across the street ... a Turkey 
gobbled 3 times from the woods beyond the field ... a Barred Owl called.
I noticed this morning that the Killdeer had started a "nest" in the 
neighbor's new stone driveway.  No eggs yet, just a scraped out depression 
in the stones.
