This morning at the #1 bridge at the Loch Raven Reservoir I enjoyed 
seeing the  8 Common Loons, 1 Lesser Scaup, and my first Chipping 
Sparrows (2) and Palm Warbler (1) for the Spring.

At the Paper Mill Flats I was disappointed not to see Kye's Wilson 
Snipe; however, it was nice to see  the 20 Gadwall, 12 Green-wing Teal , 
4 Black Ducks and 4 Wood Ducks.
