Hi All,

The last two mornings at sunrise have provided very close looks at two horned Grebes feeding within 20' of the shore near the pier and lauching ramp at the marina, east of the Nature Center. both grebes are well on their way to breeding plummage.
I have been watching for the return of the Black-crowned night Herons that spent most of the spring and summer there last year. No luck yet on those.

Bill
