If there is any way to confirm , this would be a good - photo  evidence of 
the sighting!



I did catch that show and actually it was a Red-necked Grebe they showed. I  
wondered if it was shot in DC waters, and if so, when. Were there any recent  
RNGR sightings around the tidal basin?
