Actually, I didn't even think red-necked Grebe since it looked so small on TV - Pretty foolish of me! I bet you are right!

I did catch that show and actually it was a Red-necked Grebe they showed. I wondered if it was shot in DC waters, and if so, when. Were there any recent RNGR sightings around the tidal basin?
