Weather:
Mostly cloudy becoming partly cloudy; 35-44 degrees; winds strong out of
the WNW becoming NW, 10-18 mph, gusting to 28 mph; good visibility
Raptor Observations:
An Osprey caught a 15" striped bass, lugged it with difficulty to a perch,
and proceeded to feast on its prize catch.
Non-raptor Observations:
More migrant Common Loons, Bonaparte's Gulls, and Caspian Terns

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest.
