Dear All
A nice day for migrants today over the Audubon office in central DC with four
groups of Common Loons, the first Broad-wing of the season and two Caspian
Terns (an office tick!) plus a varied supporting cast of DC Cormorants, Kestrel
etc
Cheers
Gary Allport
PS it proves that the WQhite-crowned Sparrow in the zoo of yesterday might
well be the bird first seen in January as it was of exactly the same age and
plumage and in an identical spot. So it might be worth chasing for those who
might need it for DC years lists.
