I did not mean to imply that migration ended around 4/24, but rather
that this was the "peak" date for spring reports. However, I just
revisited the MD/DCRC database and I see that there is actually a
surge of reports in March, too.
Here are the spring MD/DCRC database reports ordered by day of the
month (note that these are of various status and decision categories
... S&R means the record is included in the MD baseline, Stewart &
Robbins 1958) ...
